HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Send an email to orders@girlflick.com and our customer service representative will assist you. Please allow for up to 2 business days for a response. 

I’VE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY ORDER, BUT I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE! WHAT DO I DO? IS IT TOO LATE?

We process our orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to request an adjustment to an order is to email us at orders@girlflick.com

HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR MY PACKAGE AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days and arrive within 5 to 16 business days.

I LIVE ABROAD. CAN I STILL ORDER FROM GIRL FLICK?

Yes! We ship worldwide and offer free international shipping on orders over $60 USD. 

DOES GIRL FLICK COVER TAXES AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

International Customer don’t need to pay customs duties and taxes.We cover these costs.

WHAT CURRENCY DOES GIRL FLICK ACCEPT?

All payments are processed in USD but will automatically convert to your bank’s currency. 

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?

We only accept PayPal right now.

I HAVE MULTIPLE PROMOTIONAL CODES, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

A discount code cannot be combined with another discount code or sitewide promotion.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SIZE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK?

If we are well and truly sold out of the size you need, we can offer you a refund less the cost of shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an incorrect item (this includes incorrect size or color) we will require you to send through a photo of the item to order@girlflick.com and then we will be able to proceed with further information on what to do next. We will reimburse shipping expenses when the receipt is included in the return package. When returning an incorrect item please ensure that the garment gets back to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached.

HOW DO YOU MAKE FABRIC FROM RECYCLED BOTTLES?

After you recycle your water bottle, we reformulate it down and spin it into new thread. Then, we weave the thread into fabric.

Our garments are made with OEKO-TEX certified Recycled P.E.T. fabric (RPET) —  this certification ensures that our material is free of harmful and toxic chemicals.
